Once a Quitter…
…always a quitter.
That’s right. Queen Esther’s Royal Budget no longer allows for products with such a low return on investment, so she’s opting out until her finances improve. Or until her optimism that she can meet someone great in real life plummet sufficiently. Whichever comes first.
I couldn’t stop laughing at the “low return on investment” part. Until I clicked on the link, which took all of five seconds, i was very confused. And then, of course, it all made sense.
Hey sweetie, good luck with the real-life searching. This computer stuff is getting old anyway…
I was more emphatic on the 2nd such post. Just saying… Cheers & Good Luck! ‘VJ’
So far I’ve only met duds online. In real life, I’ve met some really nice guys. I don’t think that the online stuff is entirely overrated, but it’s easy to ignore people who might be great because their “check boxes” don’t match your “check boxes,” whereas in real life, there’s a greater chance that you’ll click with someone unexpected.
I am way late to the party on this post, but I must say, I hear you. I am heartily disillusioned with the online dating thing. You know you’ll meet the one when you’re shopping for embarrassing feminine hygiene products whilst wearing sweatpants, anyway.
